I understand Thundervalley has hosted many corporate events and banquets and may be very good at timing and food service execution, but please know a wedding is NOT the same as a corporate event. One thing that a staff member stated and continued to stick with me throughout our process was “a wedding is just like a corporate event”. The quality of customer service provided was low and the accessibility of the Day of and Event staff was lacking. I hope this review helps not only prospective brides, but also Thundervalley.
